This is an old spread I did for Muscle Media almost 10 years ago. It was created by compositing four seperate images in Photoshop. That was back in the days before layers made life easier. The gold words "Mind" and "Muscle" had to be created in Illustrator and given a 3D effect before plug-ins were available to do the trick. Back then, it took me a couple of days to build the final image. Today I could do it in a few hours.
